Choose the support page that matches the problem
Use APK information when the question is about version, package name, Android support or file size. Use the install guide when Android blocks a file or setup stops. Use the gameplay guide for hand order and table vocabulary. Keeping these tasks separate prevents an installation claim from being mistaken for a game rule.
Before following any instruction, write down the exact route, displayed version and error message. A useful support request identifies the page and stage where the problem appeared; “the app does not work” is too broad to distinguish a partial download, signature conflict, permission block or account issue.
This site provides published reference material and cannot open a player account, inspect a wallet or reverse a hand. Account-specific actions belong in the operator channel shown inside the installed app. Never send an OTP, payment PIN, card CVV or remote-control code to a contact who approached you privately.
Record the page URL, displayed version and observation date before acting. That small evidence trail makes later comparison possible and helps separate a file-metadata change from an Android, account or table-rule issue.
